You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You agree not to use the Website:

- To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Website, or which may harm the Company or users of the Website.
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

- To interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Website.
Appointments
Since popular times fill up quickly, we encourage you to book appointments a few weeks in advance to secure your preferred time. At the time of booking, we may require a credit card or gift certificate number to guarantee your appointment. Some appointments may also require a non-refundable deposit to hold the appointment time. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your first appointment to complete intake paperwork. If you are running late, please give us a call so we can make the necessary adjustments.
Group Appointments
Please call for policies and availability. Special requirements may apply to bookings of three or more people. There is a 72-hour cancellation policy for groups.
Consultations
Every client is offered a consultation and skin analysis with one of our expert practitioners. A consultation with a qualified professional is required for all services, and treatment approval is determined on an individual basis. A booking fee may be required for select practitioners.
During your consultation, you will receive:
- A detailed skin analysis and education about your skin
- A comprehensive discussion of all available treatment options, including their benefits and potential risks
- A customized treatment plan tailored to your goals
Cancellation Policy
We provide appointment reminders as a courtesy and require advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Clients must provide:
- 24-hour notice for appointments less than 2 hours
- 48-hour notice for appointments 2 hours or longer or for group appointments
Cancellations made outside of this policy will be subject to a minimum fee of $100. No-shows will be charged $150. These fees will be explained at the time of booking. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule to avoid disrupting the schedules of other clients.
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with a purchase from our retail area, please bring your receipt and the unused portion of the product back within two weeks of purchase. We will gladly issue a credit to be used toward future product or service purchases. Unfortunately, we cannot offer cash or credit card refunds, nor can we accept returns beyond two weeks.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any materials on this Website without prior written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Company makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Website’s content. Your use of the Website is at your own risk. To the fullest extent provided by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, statutory, or otherwise.
